Terms of Service

1. The Service

QR All Set allows users to generate QR codes, including dynamic QR codes whose destination URL can be changed after the QR code has been created.

A dynamic QR code generated through QR All Set typically points to a QR All Set redirect URL. When someone scans the QR code, QR All Set receives the request and redirects the visitor to the destination URL currently selected by the account holder.

Features, limits, and pricing may vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your account and authentication credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us promptly at support@qrallset.com.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a QR All Set subscription.

3. Static QR codes

QR All Set may allow visitors to generate static QR codes without an account or subscription.

A static QR code directly contains the destination information provided when it is generated. QR All Set does not control or manage the destination of a static QR code after it has been created.

You are responsible for verifying that any static QR code works correctly before printing or distributing it.

4. Dynamic QR codes

Dynamic QR codes rely on QR All Set's redirect infrastructure.

You are responsible for:

• entering the correct destination URL;
• ensuring that your destination is lawful and appropriate;
• testing your QR code before printing or distributing it;
• confirming that your QR code continues to point to the intended destination after making changes; and
• maintaining any subscription required to keep applicable dynamic QR features active.

Changing the destination of a dynamic QR code does not require changing the QR image itself, provided that the QR code continues to contain the same QR All Set redirect URL.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use QR All Set to create or operate QR codes or redirects that:

• facilitate phishing, credential theft, fraud, scams, or impersonation;
• distribute malware, malicious software, or harmful code;
• direct users to unlawful content or services;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights of others;
• intentionally mislead people regarding the destination or purpose of a QR code;
• facilitate spam or other abusive activity;
• attempt to evade security systems, blocklists, or abuse-prevention measures;
• interfere with the operation or security of QR All Set; or
• otherwise violate applicable law.

We may suspend or disable accounts, QR codes, or destination URLs that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or pose a security, fraud, legal, or reputational risk.

Because QR All Set operates a redirect service, we reserve the right to act quickly when we identify suspected phishing, malware, fraud, or similar abuse.

6. Your content and destinations

You retain ownership of the names, URLs, and other content you provide to QR All Set.

You grant us the limited rights necessary to store, process, display, and use that information to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to link to and use the destinations associated with your QR codes.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing interval shown when you subscribe unless you cancel before the next renewal.

Additional details are provided in our Billing Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the online cancellation option provided through your QR All Set account or billing interface.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal charges and your paid subscription remains active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Except as provided in that policy or required by law, payments are generally non-refundable.

10. Intellectual property

QR All Set, including its software, design, branding, logos, website content, and other materials provided by us, is owned by Daddy Pig Software LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of QR All Set or its intellectual property to you.

11. Third-party services

QR All Set may depend on third-party services for authentication, payments, hosting, infrastructure, and other functions.

For example, payment processing may be provided by Stripe and authentication may be provided through Google or other authentication providers.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Our own practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep QR All Set reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Internet outages, DNS issues, hosting failures, maintenance, third-party outages, destination-site failures, security events, and other circumstances may temporarily interfere with QR redirects or other features.

We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

If we discontinue a paid service in a manner that materially affects prepaid service, we will handle any refunds or credits required by applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to QR All Set if you materially violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, use the Service abusively, or create a security or legal risk.

Where reasonable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. We may act immediately in cases involving suspected phishing, malware, fraud, security threats, or unlawful activity.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR All Set is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Daddy Pig Software LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daddy Pig Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, loss of data, printing or replacement costs, or damages resulting from inability to access a QR code or destination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daddy Pig Software LLC's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of:

1. the amount you paid to QR All Set during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
2. $100.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daddy Pig Software LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your destination content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of another person.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice when required by law. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
