Refund Policy

First subscription payment

If you are not satisfied with QR All Set, you may request a refund of your initial subscription payment within 7 days of the date of that charge.

Email support@qrallset.com from the email address associated with your account and include enough information for us to identify the subscription.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Renewal payments

Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals.

If you believe a renewal charge resulted from a billing error or other unusual circumstance, contact us at support@qrallset.com and we will review the request.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription or were charged an incorrect amount, contact us and we will investigate.

Billing errors will be corrected as appropriate.

Cancellation

Canceling your subscription does not ordinarily generate a refund for the current billing period.

Unless otherwise stated, you may continue using paid features through the end of the period for which you have already paid. See our Billing Terms for how renewal and cancellation work.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside this policy at our discretion.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
