Billing Terms

1. Subscription pricing

The price, billing interval, and features included with your subscription will be shown before you complete checkout.

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes.

2. Automatic renewal

QR All Set subscriptions automatically renew at the billing interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize QR All Set and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

Your first subscription charge is made when you subscribe unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

3. Billing

Payments are processed through our payment processor, expected to be Stripe.

Your subscription will ordinarily renew using the payment method associated with your subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining valid billing information.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the online cancellation option provided in your QR All Set account or billing interface.

Cancellation will ordinarily take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

For example, if your monthly subscription renews on September 10 and you cancel on August 25:

• you will retain paid access through September 9; and
• you will not be charged for the next monthly period.

You do not need to contact customer support to stop future automatic renewal if online cancellation is available through your account.

5. What happens after cancellation

Your paid features remain available through the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

After the paid period ends, features that require an active subscription may become unavailable or limited.

Because dynamic QR codes rely on QR All Set's redirect infrastructure, cancellation or expiration of a paid subscription may eventually affect the ability to manage or operate dynamic QR codes associated with paid features.

Any specific post-cancellation behavior shown in the product at the time of cancellation will control.

6. Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry the payment and may notify you.

If payment remains unsuccessful, paid features may be restricted or suspended.

Where appropriate, we may provide a reasonable opportunity to update your payment method before disabling paid functionality.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription pricing in the future.

Price changes affecting an existing automatically renewing subscription will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law and will not take effect retroactively.

8. Billing reminders and notices

We may send billing, renewal, cancellation, or subscription notices by email or through the Service.

We will provide renewal reminders and other subscription notices when required by applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping the email address associated with your QR All Set account current.

9. Refunds

Payments are subject to the QR All Set Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription generally stops future renewal charges rather than automatically refunding the current billing period.
