Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 21, 2026
QR All Set is operated by Daddy Pig Software LLC (“Daddy Pig Software,” “QR All Set,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use QR All Set.
1. Information we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we may collect information such as:
- your email address;
- your account identifier;
- information provided by your authentication provider; and
- basic account and subscription status information.
If you use Google Sign-In, Google provides us with information necessary to authenticate your account according to the permissions shown during sign-in.
QR code information
When you create or manage a QR code, we store:
- the name you give the QR code;
- its destination URL;
- its QR All Set redirect identifier;
- whether the code is active;
- a cumulative scan count; and
- dates associated with creation or modification.
Do not use QR destination fields to store sensitive personal information.
QR scan and redirect information
When someone scans a dynamic QR code, their device sends a request to QR All Set so that we can redirect them to the selected destination.
QR All Set stores only a cumulative scan count for each QR code. We do not create individual scan records and we do not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, referrers, locations, or per-scan timestamps in our application database. The scan counts shown in your dashboard are aggregate totals, not a scan history.
Our hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may automatically process standard technical information associated with web requests, such as IP address, date and time, browser or user-agent information, and the requested URL, in order to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
Billing information
Paid subscriptions are not yet available. When they launch, payment processing will be provided by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe, and QR All Set will not need to store your full credit-card number.
At that point we may receive and retain information such as:
- your payment-processor customer or subscription identifier;
- billing status;
- transaction status;
- subscription plan;
- renewal or cancellation status; and
- limited billing information provided by the payment processor.
Payment processors handle payment information according to their own privacy policies.
Usage and attribution information
QR All Set records a small set of first-party product events in its own database to understand how visitors find and use the Service. Each event record contains:
- the event name — currently limited to viewing the landing page, generating a QR preview, choosing to make a code dynamic, starting sign-in, completing sign-in, and clicking an upgrade prompt;
- a randomly generated visitor identifier stored in your browser;
- your account identifier if you are signed in;
- UTM campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers such as a Google Click ID (GCLID), when present in the link you arrived through; and
- for QR preview and related events, the destination URL you entered into the generator.
These event records do not include IP addresses or user-agent strings. Captured UTM and GCLID values may also be saved to your account profile when you first sign in, so we can understand which campaigns lead to accounts.
We use this information to understand product usage and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and marketing. In addition to these first-party events, we use the Google tag for Google Ads conversion measurement, described below.
Google Ads conversion tracking
QR All Set includes Google's tag on its website so we can measure whether our advertising leads to paid subscriptions. A conversion is reported to Google Ads after a subscription purchase is successfully verified.
In connection with this measurement, Google may receive information such as:
- ad click and campaign identifiers;
- device and browser information;
- page and conversion activity on our website;
- the value of the conversion; and
- a transaction identifier for the purchase.
Google Ads may use cookies or similar technologies for conversion measurement and advertising attribution.
We do not use enhanced conversions, and we do not intentionally send your email address or other direct identifiers to Google for this tracking.
Google processes this information under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage your advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings.

3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate QR All Set, such as providers of:
- hosting and database infrastructure;
- authentication;
- payment processing;
- transactional email;
- security and abuse prevention; and
- advertising conversion measurement.
These providers may process information on our behalf or under their own applicable privacy terms.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

4. Public nature of QR redirects
Dynamic QR redirect URLs are designed to be accessible publicly.
Anyone who possesses or scans a dynamic QR code may use its QR All Set redirect URL and be sent to the destination selected by the account owner.
Do not use QR All Set as a method for protecting confidential or sensitive destinations.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use your browser's local storage for a small number of functional purposes:
- keeping you signed in and maintaining your session;
- remembering the destination URL you entered before signing up, so your QR code survives the sign-in flow;
- a randomly generated visitor identifier used with our first-party product events; and
- UTM campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers from the link you arrived through.
Our authentication and infrastructure providers may also set cookies or similar technologies necessary to operate and secure the Service. Browser settings may allow you to restrict or delete some of these technologies, although doing so may affect functionality such as staying signed in.
In addition, Google Ads conversion tracking may set cookies or similar technologies for conversion measurement and advertising attribution, as described under “Google Ads conversion tracking” above. You can manage your advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting.
There is no universally accepted standard governing how websites should respond to these signals. QR All Set does not currently change its behavior in response to a browser's Do Not Track setting.
We will honor legally required privacy preference mechanisms where applicable and implemented.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- maintain accounts and dynamic QR functionality;
- satisfy billing, tax, accounting, and legal requirements;
- prevent fraud and abuse; and
- resolve disputes.
Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.
We may retain certain limited information after account deletion where reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or backup purposes.
8. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information.
However, no online service or method of electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and privacy rights
You may update certain account information through QR All Set.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
The current version will be posted on QR All Set with its effective date.
If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
